Have you heard of Senkyaku Banrai? It’s a new tourist spot in Toyosu, Koto-ku, Tokyo. This place features buildings reminiscent of Japan’s Edo period, housing around 50 food and beverage establishments, along with hot spring facilities. Adjacent to the famous Toyosu Market, it offers a delightful array of gourmet dishes made with fresh seafood and vegetables. Experience the taste of “delicious Japan” and the relaxation of hot springs at Senkyaku Banrai.

Gourmet Delights at Senkyaku Banrai!
Senkyaku Banrai opened its doors next to Toyosu Market in February 2024. The distinctive buildings transport you back to the Edo period, where you can indulge in a variety of Japanese cuisine, from light snacks like ramen and fried food to seafood bowls featuring fresh fish. Particularly popular are items like the maguro skewers and Fukagawa croquettes filled with clams, perfect for enjoying while strolling around.

A highlight of Senkyaku Banrai is the “Seafood Buffet Iroha.” Here, you can enjoy unlimited servings of fresh bluefin tuna and snow crab. Plans start from ¥6,578 for 70 minutes. Besides tuna, seasonal fish, seafood ramen, soup curry, soft serve ice cream, and various desserts that children will love are also available. Crab enthusiasts might find 70 minutes surprisingly short, as they peel and eat plenty of crab during the allotted time. Since it’s an all-you-can-eat buffet of fresh tuna and crab from the neighboring Toyosu Market, it’s advisable to arrive with an empty stomach to fully enjoy the experience.

After indulging in seafood, why not try some sweets? Senkyaku Banrai also features dessert shops and cafes offering a plenty of Japanese-style sweets, including matcha crepes, red bean and butter crepes, matcha lattes, and more, making it difficult to choose just one.

Relax in a hot spring in the city
Now, let’s explore the “Manyo Club” hot spring. Every day, Manyo Club transports hot spring water from the renowned hot springs of Hakone and Yugawara in Kanagawa Prefecture. You can soak in outdoor baths while enjoying the breathtaking view of Tokyo Bay. Additionally, there are saunas, rock baths, relaxation spaces, and dining facilities where you can unwind and soothe away the stresses of daily life. On the rooftop, there’s a foot bath that’s free to use until 8 p.m., allowing you to enjoy the night view while soaking your feet.
